After years of hands-on work across web development, marketing, and SEO, I spent a significant chapter of my career building and operating JD3 Websites and This Web Developer (TWD), where I partnered with a wide range of clients on web development, SEO, CRO, and performance-driven site architecture. That work deepened my appreciation for how technical execution, content structure, and user experience intersect to drive real business outcomes.
Over time, my focus shifted from individual implementations to leading broader web and search strategy across agency and enterprise environments, working closely with product, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams. Today, rather than taking on client engagements through TWD and JD3 Websites, I am focused on in-house and strategic work, and occasionally share some of my learnings through Bottom Line Insights, where I publish insights on web strategy, SEO, and generative search systems.
Portions of this site remain intentionally preserved as a reflection of earlier client work and formative experience.
